SHIPPING INFORMATION
Carrier shipping times are longer than usual due to extra COVID precautions and delays are possible.
Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we will do our best! Email info@happymumma.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse, because we are working quickly to get it to your doorstep!
SHIPPING RATES:
* STANDARD SHIPPING- $5.00 for orders Under $50
* FREE SHIPPING for all orders Over $50.00
Any extra delivery costs will be as itemised and calculated in the cart with your order and will be added onto your order total. Shipping rates may vary depending on where your item is located.
Some of our packages may come separately as some of our distributors work out of different packaging warehouses.
Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Please always include your telephone number, with its' international prefix if necessary, and your email as we may use that to contact you for any reason to do with your order. Your order will be delayed if we must contact you to update incorrect information.
Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (M-F) from the order date.
We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.
DELIVERY TIMES
We procure our products from our global partners worldwide. Usually, it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered once your order has been processed.
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. We unfortunately do not offer Express Shipping at this time due to Worldwide Covid Situation. . Note, shipping windows are estimates.
Delivery to the US and some parts of Asia may slightly be faster while deliveries to the UK Australia, New Zealand and most European and Asian countries may take a little longer.
You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships. NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Happy Mumma Sunshine does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.
Uneventful circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather etc may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Happy Mumma Sunshine does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Shipping costs when applied are non-refundable - unless an item were faulty.
- A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us. However, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with your postal company once assigned to reschedule or redirect your delivery.
- If you choose to change the stated delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or mishap and the change is entirely then your responsibility.
- Orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot guarantee your delivery if you use a PO box, a valid street address is required!
